Apulian barocco

Lecce and San Severo in Apulia region have also chosen TIC solution to promote their destination and smaller cities.

The project has been elaborated according to the 3 million euro public tender that we won. It is called “Realization and operation management of the project “Land of Barocco – Richness and Promises of a south Italy perl” called for tender by the Lecce municipality with the aim to create a tourist portal for the cities fo the territory such as: Galatina, Galatone, Lecce, Lequile, Nardò, San Cesario di Lecce, San Donato di Lecce, San Pietro in Lama.

The project has been realized by Idealnet srl together with the companies: KPMG Advisory Spa, CAP Spa and Europroject Consulting Srl.

By using the TIC system (Tourism Information Center) – a vertical system for tourism, composed of 3 sections: CMS (editor and content management), DMS (content organizer for geographic and thematic areas) feeding back xml files and information, Db (where all data reside in various formats: texts, images, videos etc) – Idealnet has created a huge system able to manage the central database, the tourist portal, as well as the training for tourism welcome offices and info-mobility.
